Rev. Fr. Sasa Nedic Rev. Fr. Sasa Nedic was born on February 13, 1971 in Pforzheim, Germany to his parents Zoran and Milica Nedic. After finishing Elementary School in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, he enrolled into Three Holy Hierarchs Seminary School in Monastery Krka, Kis-tanje, Croatia from which he graduated in 1991. Fr. Sasa enrolled in the St. Sava School of Theology, Libertyville in1996 and graduated in 2000. From 2001 until 2008 Fr. Sasa worked as St. Sava monastery cemetery administrator in Libertyville, IL. On August 31, 2008 Fr. Sasa married Miss Rachel Gaskin. He was ordained into the diaconate by His Eminence Metropolitan Christopher on September 11, 2008 (Feast day of The Beheading of Holy Glorious Prophet, Forerunner and Baptist John) at St. Sava Monastery.
On September 21, 2008 (Feast day of Nativity of our Most Holy Lady Theotokos) in Lansing, IL
Fr. Sasa was ordained to the rank of Presbyter by His Eminence Metropolitan Christopher. As a newly ordained priest Rev. Fr. Sasa was appointed as a Parish Priest of SS. Peter and Paul Church in South Bend, IN.
